Mrs. Hannah Umphrey

Mrs. Umphrey's career in public education began about ten years ago. She has served as an elementary classroom teacher, instructional coach, and now assistant principal. Mrs. Umphrey taught in the classroom in Mountain Brook City Schools, and then joined the Madison County School System as an instructional coach. She is a former Hazel Green Trojan, and she feels blessed to be able to serve the school she once attended. Mrs. Umphrey loves elementary education and is passionate about the development of the whole child. She believes all students can learn and lead, and she is excited to partner with students, teachers, families, and community members to help our students grow!
